Side Camera for Photogrammetry

All three models of the GX are equipped with cameras for AR stakeout. The cameras capture the ground beneath the receiver and display the footage in real-time on the data collector's screen. The screen shows the direction and distance to the stakeout points, visually guiding the surveyor.

Laser measurement function is particularly useful for measuring survey points located in areas where surveyors cannot directly place poles, such as places separated by rivers, situated at high elevations or beneath objects that obstruct satellite signals.

GX2-C is equipped with a camera for photogrammetry. By pointing the camera at a measurement point and moving around it, the camera automatically captures multiple photos. By selecting the same measurement point from the captured photos, it is possible to calculate and store the coordinates of that point.

The GX2, equipped with a powerful multi-frequency GNSS engine, covers all positioning satellite systems such as GPS, GLONASS, Bedou, and Galileo. It is suitable for surveying tasks that require stable, fast, and accurate measurement results in any location.
Automatic tilt compensation within a range of ± 60°, eliminating the need to keep the receiver vertical. This reduces operational steps, improves job flexibility, and adapts to rugged terrain.

All the electronic components are enclosed in a lightweight yet robust magnesium alloy housing with IP68 waterproof and dustproof capabilities. This ensures stable operation in harsh weather or dusty environments.
The large, clear color LED display allows operator to easily see the real-time status and operation of the equipment at a glance.

The GX supports a hot-swapping dual lithium battery system, enabling over 20 hours of uninterrupted continuous operation. This makes it especially suitable for long-term outdoor surveying work.
